Breaking Out

Have you had the feeling that your getting closer to your true calling, but just not breaking out? You’re not alone. Many people are feeling a stronger sense of a higher purpose, but can’t make that transition. I’ve developed many of my own personal techniques to help me through different sticking points and would like to share one now with you.

This exercise will work best for those looking to expand into a new world. One that they may know that is calling them, but can’t seem to figure out how to make such a seemingly giant leap.

Close your eyes and let your imagination take over. Picture yourself encapsulated in an egg. Yes, you are about to “hatch” into your future. Create as real an experience for yourself as possible. See the smooth hard shell all around you as you calmly and deliberately pound on the surface with you fist. With an attitude of knowing, punch a hole with your fist right through the brittle opaque shell. As you take your first look of the new world outside, you get an overwhelming feeling of “I did it”! Accomplishment and joy fill your heart. Use this moment to create as real of an experience as you possibly can every day. Before long, you’ll see examples in real life to give gratitude to and have begun your real new world journey. Good luck!
